1. Free Domain
If you receive a free domain through our promotional campaign or as part of a web design & development package, it is free for **one year**. From the second year onwards, a renewal fee of **$15 per year** applies.
If you decide not to continue with the website, no action is required. Your domain will automatically expire and be canceled after one year.
2. Free Hosting
Your free hosting service is available for **one year**. After the first year, a renewal fee of **$100 per year** applies.
If you choose not to continue with the website, no action is needed. Your hosting service will automatically expire.
3. Website Login Access
Upon purchasing our web design & development services, you have **full ownership** of your website. You will receive login access, allowing you to manage your website, including creating, editing, and deleting content.
4. cPanel Access
For **security reasons**, cPanel access is not provided, as we manage multiple clients on our servers. However, you **do not need cPanel access** because we handle all necessary website setup and management for you.
Instead, you will have **full access to your website’s dashboard**, enabling you to manage and update your website easily.
5. Assets & Content
We will provide design assets such as logos, icons, and images. However, you are responsible for providing **all text content**, including:
- Your business name, address, and contact details.
- Company biography and about section.
- Any additional text-based information required for your website.
6. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website.
